How do I add items to my Quick Launch bar?
To add items to the Quick Launch area in the Taskbar, you can simply drag a program's shortcut to the Quick Launch area and place it there. Or, click Start, Run and type the following to open the Quick Launch folder:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
You can create new shortcut in that folder by right-clicking and selecting New Shortcut. And the newly created shortcut should reflect in the Quick Launch area in the Taskbar.
